BOCW Program by Nature Care and Educational Society

Nature Care and Educational Society has been actively involved in implementing the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Welfare Program to support and uplift construction workers across various regions. The program aims to enhance skill development, financial security, and social welfare for workers in the construction sector.

Key Objectives of the BOCW Program:

Skill Development & Training: Providing structured training programs to improve the technical and safety skills of construction workers, ensuring better employment opportunities.

Welfare Benefits & Financial Assistance: Facilitating access to government welfare schemes, including insurance, pension plans, education assistance for workers’ children, and medical aid.

Health & Safety Awareness: Conducting regular workshops on occupational safety, health measures, and risk prevention to ensure a safer working environment.

Employment Support & Placement Drives: Connecting trained workers with private and government construction projects, helping them secure stable employment.

Since its inception, the BOCW initiative under Nature Care and Educational Society has positively impacted numerous workers, empowering them with skills, resources, and employment opportunities to improve their livelihood.
