Nature Care and Educational Society is actively implementing skill development programs under the District Project Livelihood College Society (DPLCS) initiative. This program is designed to provide vocational training, employment opportunities, and entrepreneurship support to youth and marginalized communities, ensuring sustainable livelihoods.

Key Objectives of the DPLCS Program:

Free Skill Training & Certification: Offering high-quality training in IT, Healthcare, Retail, Agriculture, Construction, and other industry-relevant sectors to enhance employability.

Job Placement & Career Support: Conducting placement drives, employer tie-ups, and career counseling sessions to help trained candidates secure stable jobs.

Entrepreneurship Development: Encouraging self-employment through business mentorship, financial literacy training, and startup assistance.

Hands-on Training & Industry Exposure: Providing practical, on-the-job training and internships in collaboration with government and private sector partners.

Inclusive & Rural Development Focus: Ensuring skill development opportunities reach youth, women, and disadvantaged groups in rural and urban areas.

Through DPLCS, Nature Care and Educational Society has successfully trained and empowered numerous individuals, equipping them with the skills and resources needed for long-term career growth and economic stability.
