Nature Care and Educational Society has become a Vocational Training Provider under the Modular Employability Skill Development Scheme of the Directorate of Employment and Training, implementing this initiative since 2012. We have successfully provided skill development training in many sectors: Information Communication and Technology (ICT), Healthcare & Wellness, Beauty Culture and Hair Dressing, Garment Making, Soft Skills, etc.

Nature Care and Educational Society has empowered over 7000 candidates throughout the training session with a significant portion being women.

With the support of the government and private sector collaborations, we have conducted placement drives for trained candidates, leading to the successful employment of more than 3800 individuals in various companies. Additionally, Nature Care and Educational Society has facilitated job placements within its own rural branches, further strengthening career opportunities for its trainees.
